§ 19.27.040. Medical use.

(a)

Within the city's limits, cultivation of marijuana for medical purposes under California law is subject to all of the cultivation requirements set forth in section 19.27.030 of this chapter.

(b)

The establishment or operation of a medical marijuana dispensary is a prohibited use in all zoning districts of the city. No use permit, variance, building permit, or any other entitlement or permit, whether administrative or discretionary, shall be approved or issued for the establishment of any medical marijuana dispensary in any zoning district, and no person shall otherwise establish or operate a medical marijuana dispensary in any zoning district.
